It’s been three weeks since I returned from my South Africa vacation.

I have so many stories to write but time has not been kind to me.

I visited Johannesburg, Pretoria, Kruger National Park, Sabi Sands Reserve, Cape Town, Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park, and Durban in South Africa.  I even visited Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and Chobe National Park in Botswana for a few days.

The people and the atmosphere were so very friendly and comfortable.  I’ve made Facebook, Instagram, and email buddies from Chicago to Germany to Thailand.  And last weekend, I even went to the graduation party for the daughter/niece of two new friends I met in Cape Town.

South Africa has so much to offer.  There are plenty of things to see and do from safaris to shark diving to scaling mountains.  I rented a long DSLR lens for the game drives and purchased a waterproof point-n-shoot for the times I didn’t want to carry my big girl cameras.  I did manage to bring home some great pictures but culling through 10,000 images and processing the good ones takes time.  Time that I suddenly don’t have.

Nevertheless, until I can post about all of my South African adventures, please enjoy my CoolPix images on flickr that were processed in Snapseed app on my iPad.

Thanks in advance for your patience.
