Winery & Spa Resort of the Week 🍇🥂🍷: Château Roslane Boutique Hotel & Spa in Meknes, Morocco

The first winery in North Africa to be listed as a château viticole for the quality of its wines, Château Roslane is also the only winery in Morocco with premier cru classification.

Château Roslane is also home to an intimate hotel encircled by luxuriant gardens. Blending contemporary decor with Spanish-Moorish architecture, the luminous rooms and suites are adorned with noble materials such as wood, leather, stone and polished concrete that invite complete relaxation and makes this establishment a place dedicated to the art of living in the heart of the vineyards.

Located in the wine estate “Château Roslane”, this jewel of charm and sweetness is a delight. The majestic entrance porch made of stone with its huge Moroccan door and copper hanging lantern, welcome you before arriving in the high ceiling lobby where there is a huge wrought iron chandelier forming leaves and bunches of grapes. Deep leather sofas, wooden coffee tables and patinated iron as well as the double-hearth fireplace bring serenity and authenticity to the whole.

Each room comes with a balcony or terrace overlooking the Middle Atlas Mountains, perfect for enjoying a breakfast replete with expansive views of vineyards and lavender fields. From the spa treatments featuring wine extracts to the entirely organic cuisine of the gourmet restaurant L’Oliveraie, the celebration of nature’s richness is Château Roslane’s true raison d’être.
